Your hosting is backed up automatically to storage away from our servers, in the UK, and backups are kept for up to 90 days. You can restore them yourself in cPanel.
- Log in to cPanel and open JetBackup 5.
- Choose what to restore: the whole account, files, a database or email.
- Pick the date, select the items and press Restore.
A restore replaces the current version of what you select. To compare first, download the backup instead of restoring it.
