Invoices, renewals and late payment

How billing works for hosting and domains, so nothing expires by surprise.

HostingThe renewal invoice is created 30 days before the renewal date for yearly and longer plans, 14 days before for six-monthly and quarterly plans, and 7 days before for monthly plans.
DomainsThe renewal invoice is created 30 days before the expiry date. Domains are set to renew automatically when it is paid.
Saved cardCharged on the due date. If the payment fails, we email you and try again once a week, for up to two weeks.
RemindersBy email, 2, 7 and 14 days after the due date.
SuspensionHosting still unpaid 8 days after the due date is suspended. Paying the invoice unsuspends it automatically.
Late feesNone.

A domain whose renewal isn’t paid by its expiry date expires, and the website and email on it stop working.

Every invoice is under My invoices, where you can pay it by card or download it as a PDF. Prices are shown without VAT because Compera isn’t VAT-registered, so there is none to add.
