cPanel is the control panel for your hosting. Email accounts, files, databases, WordPress, backups and SSL are all managed there.
From the client area, without a password
- Log in to the client area.
- Open My services and choose your hosting plan.
- Press Log in to cPanel. cPanel opens already signed in.

Go to https://yourdomain.co.uk/cpanel, with your own domain in place of yourdomain.co.uk, and sign in with the cPanel username and password from your welcome email. This works once your domain points at us; until then, use the client area.
Forgotten the cPanel password? The client area button doesn’t need it, or open a ticket and we will reset it.
