If your site doesn’t show the padlock
- The domain has to point at our server first. A certificate follows once it does, usually within a day.
- In cPanel, SSL/TLS Status lists each domain’s certificate, and Run AutoSSL asks for one straight away.
- If a site has a certificate but no padlock, a page is still loading something over
http://. In WordPress, make sure both addresses under Settings › General start withhttps://.
