Domains registered elsewhere
Log in where the domain is registered, find its nameserver settings, replace the existing nameservers with the two above and save. Or move the domain to us, so the domain and hosting are in one place: see Transfer a .uk domain to Compera or Transfer a .com or other domain.
How long it takes
Most networks see the change within a few hours. Some hold on to the old answer for up to 48 hours, so for a day or two some visitors may still reach your old host. Keep your old hosting running until the change has settled.
